公司拥有五套ø1200型倒立式拉丝机组，该机组主要配置有盘条在线抛丸处理设备、盘条在线表面缺陷涡流探伤仪设备、盘条表面缺陷修磨设备、倒立式收线机组等；五套感应加热热处理生产线机组，该机组主要配置有主动连续放线装置、感应加热设备、水淬火冷却系统设备、在线穿过式及旋转式涡流探伤仪设备、不停车自动剪切连续生产收线设备等；同时建设有弹簧钢丝专业检测试验室，配备完整的钢丝检测仪器和设备。
